Class act, all round. Bought a used Model X from Steve and his colleagues. It had a half shaft issue which only got
discovered a week after I bought it. Tesla had that issue on an internal "bulletin" which meant they covered some of the costs (it should have been £1200 to fix). I called Steve with the estimate and he agreed without quibble to cover the rest.
When the job was done he reimbursed me immediately. The car's great, and I can't fault Steve and his team at all, they've been great.

Needed new vehicle for work and Steven came up with the goods for a good price.
More than that though, he bent over backwards to be available for us on our timeline as we happened to be heading down from Scotland on holiday for Easter. The car was immaculate and absolutely no pressure from his end.
Gave a decent trade in price and just an excellent character to be selling cars! No faf, no hassle and accommodated our needs even though we turned up Easter Monday. Thanks again Steven, still over the moon! Cheers!

recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery from MacMillan Motor Company, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.
Before making the purchase, I was in contact with Steven on and off for around a month. As I was travelling nearly five hours by train to view the car, I wanted to make sure I was completely confident in the vehicle before making the journey.
Steven was incredibly patient and helpful throughout this process, answering every question i had and sending multiple videos of the car along with photos of all the relevant documents.
It was only when Steven mentioned that they sell around 50 cars a month that I realised just how busy they must be, because throughout our conversations he made me feel like I was his only customer. The level of customer service at MacMillan Motor Company truly is outstanding and absolutely lives up to the countless positive reviews they receive.
When I arrived, I was even picked up from When I arrived, I was even picked up from the train station, which was a great touch. There was no pressure
whatsoever when viewing the car. I was given plenty of time to look around, ask questions, and make sure I was completely happy before proceeding. At no point did I feel rushed or pushed into making a decision, and there was never any sense of "someone else will buy it if you don't."
Steven genuinely made sure my mind was at ease before taking payment, and he even called a couple of days later to check that everything was going well with the car.
The customer service I received at MacMillan Motor Company was hands down the best I've ever experienced, even compared to main dealers. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
Having just bought the car, I already know that when it's time for a change in a few years, MacMillan Motor Company will be my first call.

I spoke to Steven on the Friday to enquire about a car and was advised to put down a reservation on it through Autotrader, letting me know that it's refundable whether I buy the car or not. Excellent Service from Steven at MacMillan Motor Company

I bought a car from Steven at MacMillan Motor Company in September and couldn't be happier with the experience.

Before finding Steven's advert, I'd spoken with a few different garages, but the level of trust and transparency I felt from Steven was second to none. From the very first conversation, he was open, honest, and made the whole process completely straightforward, which was a huge reassurance, as I was travelling down from Scotland and had already arranged finance for a long-distance purchase.

Steven even went out of his way to pick me up from the local train station when I arrived. He gave me all the time I needed to test drive the car and make sure I was 100% happy with it.

During the test drive, I noticed a brake pad warning light come on, something that hadn't been picked up during the previous service.

Given the distance I'd travelled, Steven immediately offered to cover the full cost of replacing the pads and transferred the money there and then for the quote I received locally.

I genuinely can't fault the service or his honesty. Steven is a genuine, caring person who goes above and beyond for his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from MacMillan Motor Company again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dealer.

didn't just buy a Mini Cooper, I bought a MacMillan Motor Company (MMC) Mini Cooper. The minute I saw it in the showroom I knew it was the car for me and I haven't been disappointed, but this is about more than my car, it is about my car buying experience. Shopping for a new car can be quite daunting but the team at MMC made it feel like a walk in the park! The care and attention I received throughout was second-to-none; the after-sales service has been equally superb. I must give a special shoutout to Steven who guided me through the whole process and who scores 10/10 with a cherry on top for customer care. I would describe MMC as a small-medium sized, independently owned garage specialising in pre-loved cars but its heart is big; I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We were then offered a test drive in the vehicle that interested me. Well I did my research on MACMILLAN MOTORS before I bought, Steve lived up to his reputation as a knowledgeable, non pushy, friendly salesman.
